# Local Business Schema

Local Business Schema was created by Search Engines to better understand and display data to the public. Schema is important as this shares data that is important for ranking such as:

* Business Type/Industry
* Name of your business
* Business Address
* Business Contact Information
* Business Logo

Such are only examples of information that is available in the schema.
